This signature blend was developed in collaboration with Chef Chris Kobayashi of the Artisan restaurant in downtown Paso Robles. This is an inspired blend of South American, Indonesia and African coffees that perfectly complements his culinary creations.

Ever so popular, Double Dark is our darkest roast. It is loved for its deep smoky aroma, bold, full body and intense bittersweet cocoa flavor.

The “Queen” is a well structured blend of Central American beans exhibiting hints of fruit, wheat toast and honey. Also, known as Joebella’s “House Blend”, this medium bodied coffee is a real crowd pleaser.

Michael's Folly Espresso is an uncomplicated two bean, post roast blend. It is a blend that evokes the taste of chocolate, almond and sweet raisins. Beautiful in its simplicity.

This is a medium-dark roast blend of two of our favorite beans from Central America and South America. It is so rich and flavorful that at first sip you can’t help but exclaim, “Tutto Bene!” ~ “Everything is Good!”
